Tales of TRF – Thief River Falls Visitors Guide

Each year, Visit Thief River Falls partners with a publishing company called Think Tourism USA to produce the Thief River Falls Visitors Guide. We print 25,000 copies annually and it’s the official tourism marketing piece for Thief River Falls, used to attract visitors and potential new residents. The Thief River Falls Visitors Guide can be found at over 25 travel information centers across the state, the MSP Airport and the Mall of the America. It’s also sent out daily to fulfill visitor requests and thousands of digital copies are downloaded off our website (www.visittrf.com) each year. Click here to download your own digital copy.

Our publishers, Pat & Gary Webber (owners of Think Tourism USA) had this to say about the Visitors Guide, “We feel extremely lucky to be working in Thief River Falls with the committed and skilled Visit Thief River Falls Board of Directors, and we’re incredibly fortunate to experience a such vibrant and supportive partnership for over 20 years. The Thief River Falls Visitors Guide has undergone extensive changes over the years to reflect the area’s growing tourism industry, thriving business community and active, friendly locals. We see even more exciting changes ahead in the coming years, and we look forward to promoting this unique, must-visit part of the state.”

The Thief River Falls Visitors Guide provides a detailed view of the community with sections on attractions, dining, lodging and moving to Thief River Falls. The Visitors Guide also includes a twelve-month calendar of local events as well as a regional events section for festivals that happen in the surrounding communities. Event organizers can submit their events to these calendars free of charge, so please email event dates and information to laura.stengrim@visittrf.com.
